Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. You see layouts, 3D views and physical samples of the materials, and nothing goes into production until you have approved them.
What happens after handover?
You receive a care guide for your finishes and a single point of contact for anything that needs adjusting. The exact after-care commitments are set out in writing.
What happens if I change my mind mid-project?
Changes are easiest before production starts. After that, any change is agreed in writing — what changes, what it costs and how it affects the schedule — before any work on it begins.
How is an estimate put together?
Room by room and item by item: carcass, shutters, finish, hardware, worktops and fitting are listed separately, so you can see what each choice costs and adjust before anything is made.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
A floor plan if you have one, photos of the space, pictures of rooms you like, and a rough idea of budget if you have one. None of it is required — a conversation is enough to start.
Can I choose my own materials or handles?
Yes. We will show you options that suit the use of each space and explain the trade-offs, but the final choice is yours.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. A single wardrobe, a kitchen or one room gets the same design process as a complete home — just fewer drawings. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll say plainly whether we're the right fit.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size of the work, the finishes chosen and how ready the site is. You receive a written schedule with the final design, and we keep you updated against it.
